Animalities will be added to the fighter with a free update that will coincide with the launch of the Khaos Reigns expansion this September.
Kombat Pack 2 will only be available alongside the upcoming expansion, Khaos Reigns, which will be sold at a price of $49.99 on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, and $39.99 on Switch.
The story expansion will bring back several beloved characters in the form of Sektor, Cyrax, Noob Saibot, and more when it launches on September 24.
Game director Ed Boon and the team at NetherRealm could finally reveal the fighter's previously teased story DLC at today's event.
