Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Tekken 8, confirming the return of Feng Wei. Introduced in Tekken 5, the Chinese martial artist utilizes the God Fist Style and is excellent at devastating opponents. Check out some of his moves below.

Feng Wei is one of the stronger characters in the series, with strong lows and mid pokes. He’s all about aggression and utilizes palm strikes, stomps, shoulder blocks and more to keep the pressure on an opponent. Pairing this with the new Heat Engager mechanic allows for quicker follow-ups, which could be bad news for those hoping to stay out of range.

In addition to Feng Wei’s reveal, the trailer confirmed a new closed beta test for October 20th to 23rd. It will be available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Participants are selected randomly, though the developer may increase the number.

Tekken 8 launches on January 26th, 2024. Stay tuned for more details and announcements with TGS 2023 around the corner.
