The Walking Dead Season Two (1)

Telltale Games’ third season of its hugely successful The Walking Dead franchise won’t be releasing in 2015 according to the developer. Director of PR Job Stauffer followed up by saying that even though Season 3 won’t be out this year, “what [he is] seeing this week will be, and it is insanely cool.”

Telltale Games has been fairly busy in the past year or so, announcing partnerships with Mojang and Marvel Games, the former resulting in Minecraft: Story Mode and the latter resulting in games for 2017. The developer is also busy bringing future episodes to Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands. It also seems to be working on something else that’s Walking Dead-related, for which more details will arrive later.

Either way, players won’t be without Telltale experiences this year. It’s just that the highly involved tale weaved in the first two seasons will have to wait a bit longer before it’s revisited. Stay tuned for more details on Telltale’s next.
