Set after Judgment Day, the game tells an original story before the rise of John Connor’s resistance against Skynet and its machines.
The open world survival game's vehicles will encourage "exploration experiences, tactical thinking, and multiplayer cooperation."
Nacon says the game "features a rich original storyline alongside secondary storylines and quests, each shedding light on the world's history and its diverse inhabitants."
The development team wants to stay consistent with the series' lore while capturing "the essence of the first two films."
Open world survival game Terminator: Survivors was originally announced back in July 2022.
