A couple of intriguing indie games were announced during The Game Awards. First of all, Stoic games have announced the sequel to The Banner Saga during The Game Awards event in Las Vegas. Along with the announcement they also revealed a new trailer showcasing some of the elements that players can expect in the sequel. Given how good the original turned out to be, we are expecting nothing but greatness from the sequel.

Facepunch also revealed a new game which focuses on cave mans. Set amidst a beautiful world which is fully handdrawn, Before will instantly remind you of games like ICO or the upcoming Rime. You can check it in action in a trailer above.
