It’s a big week for video games, with early access to NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat 1 starting this Friday. However, early access is available now for those who purchased the Gold and Ultimate Editions of The Crew Motorfest for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. For everyone else, there’s a snazzy yet surreal live-action trailer. Check it out below.

The trailer showcases a sportscar stuck in traffic and looking at a billboard about going to Hawaii (specifically O’ahu, where Motorfest is set). Cut to the car daydreaming about racing through the island with no traffic, availing a free car wash and admiring the stars by the bonfire. The car, mind you, not the person driving it.

Regardless of the trailer’s oddity, The Crew Motorfest is shaping up to be a decent alternative to Forza Horizon. Players have a festival site to meet others and engage in different race types. However, they can also jump into playlists for some night-time street racing, racing through eras of cars and more. Check out our feature for more details on what to expect or wait for the free five-hour trial from September 14th to 17th.
