The Darkness II – “Playing with the Darkness” developer diary is here

Digital Extremes has released a new developer diary for their 2012 FPS/survival horror, The Darkness II. Lead Narrative Designer Ryan Mole, Lead Designer Tom Galt talk about the game’s story, how it will pan out and affect the gameplay, who the main baddie is, and what the game’s protagonist, Jackie, wants to accomplish.

The video also shows some pretty good, cel-shaded, gothic style gameplay footage.

The Darkness II releases in February next year on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Stay tuned for more info.
