Command the undead and weave back severed flesh with the new class, the Necromancer.
It looks like it’s going to be quite a long time before we get the next Elder Scrolls (and we do mean quite a long time indeed). In the meantime, we’re sure Skyrim will be released at least a dozen more times, while there’s also always The Elder Scrolls Online, the ongoing MMORPG that takes place in the Elder Scrolls world. The latest expansion, Elsweyr, is coming later this year, and today Bethesda showed off one of the new classes for the game, the Necromancer.
As you can see from the trailer below, the Necromancer functions much like you’d expect. They can summon undead hordes to their side, as well as encase themselves in impenetrable bone as a shield. It’s not all death and bone, though, as the Necromancer can also weave severed flesh back together with black magic.
The Elder Scrolls Online is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One. and PC. Elsweyr will be available June 4th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with PC users getting early access on May 20th.
