The Elder Scrolls Online is launching today for PC and Mac, and as the first online game in the Bethesda Softworks franchise, it will aim to bring fans together in Tamriel. Check out the new cinematic “The Siege” trailer for the usual big-battle epicness.

Developed by ZeniMax Online Studios, The Elder Scrolls Online allows you to create your own character from virtually any race in the lore while choosing a multitude of skill trees. From there, you can take up various quests and even compete in large PvP battles with dozens of players. It all comes with a price though – ZeniMax and Bethesda are charging $14.99 per month as a subscription fee for playing the game.

We’ll find out if it’s worth it soon enough but how about you? Are you on your way to Tamriel as we speak? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. The Elder Scrolls Online launches for Xbox One and PS4 this June.
