The First Berserker Khazan

As recently rumored, Nexon’s The First Berserker: Khazan will launch on March 27th, 2025, for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Pre-orders are currently available, and a new cinematic trailer supervised by the Russo brothers is available. It sees protagonist Khazan collapsing in a snowy field before the Blade Phantom possesses his body, granting strength. From there, it’s a bloodbath as he slays one foe after another.

Despite the more realistic visuals, The First Berserker: Khazan features an animated aesthetic, though it’s still brutal. Taking place before the events of Dungeon and Fighter, it features the disgraced general Khazan embarking on a path of vengeance after betrayal at the hands of the Pell Los Empire.

Players utilize a variety of weapons, from a dual-wield sword and axe to a spear and great sword. Each has unique abilities, while the gameplay focuses on parrying, dodging, and striking enemies. It’s a challenging affair – check out our impressions from the beta here.
