Sony reveals the design of the PS4 at E3 2013

In the February 2013 press event, Sony presented the PS4, but did not went into the details of the system, a decision which really pissed people off. However at E3 2013, Sony came through and made some major announcements which really put a smile on people’s faces. The first and more importantly was the design, where Sony showcased the console which was quite sleek and slim compared to the large first PlayStation 3 blueprint. The PS4 would have a two-tone color format, and a lanky body which is designed to stand upright or lay flat, this impressed a lot of people. The second announcement was that Sony priced the PS4 at $ 399, which beat the Xbox One price by a full $100.
