I mentioned this particular point in the top GIFS of 2013, where I mentioned how awesome it was that someone imposed a Pokémon shout in that GIF, because at the end that announcement was embarrassingly funny. PopCap co-founder John Vechey went up to the stage to announce Plants Vs. Zombies 2: Garden Warfare, but before that, he did some sort of a weird move that would have been much less awkward if there were pyro lights that accompanied the announcement.
