Moonstar was a part of a lot of organizations most importantly formerly X-Men, Young X-Men, New Mutants Squad (mentor), X-Force, S.H.I.E.L.D., Mutant Liberation Front. While Moonstar has her own powers, she is quite the survivor, as her part of her roots and upbringing forced her to survive in the wild as well as defend herself. She was granted a portion of the Valkyries power when Brightwind chose her as his rider.
