While Layla has been around she has been affiliated to formerly X-Factor Investigations, Summers Rebellion; ally of Victor von Doom. Her powers or rather one of the more powerful ones include  the ability to reanimate dead beings, restoring their minds and their awareness, but not their souls. However, there is a catch as this reanimation can only be performed within minutes of the individual’s death.
