The King of Fighters 15

While The King of Fighters 15 was originally set to come out this year, the game ended up getting a slight delay into 2022. Since then, we’ve been teased with the impressive roster that spans various installments of the storied franchise both new and old. Now we have yet another fighter to add to that list, as well as an open beta for November.

Revealed in today’s State of Play, we got a look at the new playable character Dolores. She has an offbeat look as well as some supernatural powers. Alongside Dolores we also got the announcement of an open beta test next month. The test will run through a few days and will allow you to choose from 8 characters and have access to Online Casual Matches, Room Matches and Offline Training. The beta has thus far only been announced for the PlayStation family of consoles.

The King of Fighters 15 will release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and PC February 17th, 2022. The open beta test will begin on November 19th (the 20th in some regions) and run until the 22nd for PS5 and PS4.
