The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild New Video Shows Two Of Its Most Terrifying Enemies Fight Take On Each Other

This is amazing.

One of the most wonderful thing about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is its utter unpredictability. Nintendo has created a large world with a ton of interlocking systems in place, so that anything can happen to anyone at any time, as all of the world’s rules interact with each other in unexpected ways. It is, simply put, a tribute to emergent gameplay- which is why we often get moments like these.

In a new video posted by Dorkly Editor Tristan Cooper on Twitter, two of the most powerful enemies in the game – or among them anyway – a Guardian and a Stone Talus, somehow end up entangled in a fight with each other, as Link tries to escape the crossfire. It is amazing to see, especially because that Stone Talus simply will not give up. You can check out the footage for yourself below.

Have you run into any unexpected moments like these while playing The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild? Make sure to let us know in the comments section below. Zelda itself is available on Nintendo Switch and Wii U- head on over to our review to find out why it is one of the greatest games ever made.
