Aching for League of Legends content but won’t play the popular MOBA? A new spin-off under the Riot Forge label is available in The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story. Developed by Digital Sun (known for Moonlighter), it tells the story of Sylas, how he escaped from Demacia and ultimately led a rebellion against the Mageseekers.
Along with a beautiful pixel-art style, The Mageseeker offers top-down, hack-and-slash combat centred on elemental weaknesses. Sylas can cast and copy magic from enemies, leading to unique combat situations. He can also grapple onto foes and execute combos. As the story progresses, he can recruit followers that add new abilities and buffs to elemental damage.
