Bloober Team have made it abundantly clear that with The Medium, they’re making their most ambitious game to date. The game’s development budget seems to reflect that, as does its intriguing dual-gameplay premise, something that, according to the developers, simply would not have been possible on current-gen hardware. Clearly, it’s going to be a taxing game, and the game’s recently revealed PC requirements fall in line with that.

The requirements, revealed via the game’s Steam page, are pretty hefty even on minimum settings, demanding either a GTX 1060 (6 GB) or a Radeon R9 390X for 1080p gameplay. Meanwhile, as far as recommended settings are concerned, 1080p gameplay will require either a GTX 1660 Ti or a Radeon RX Vega 56, while 4K gameplay will require either a GeForce RTX 2070 or a Radeon RX 5700 XT. You can check out the full system requirements below.

The Medium launches this Holiday for the Xbox Series X and PC. On Xbox Series X, the game will run at 4K and 30 FPS. You can check out its Dual-Reality gameplay in a recent trailer through here.
