Ubisoft is still carrying on with its open houses for The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, with the third open house kicking off today and scheduled to run till September 3rd. A new trailer has also been released which debuts the Mage or The Earl of Evilosity, who joins the hunt. In between, you’ll be able to see what spells he’d be able to deal out along with his plans for world domination.

The open houses allow just about anyone the chance to sign up for a sneak peek at The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot that is still in closed beta. The “Loot-O-Thon” allows players to challenge each other to see who can garner the most loot.

The success of the open houses has been pretty good, with the first open house seeing 71 million gold coins plundered, with more than 498 million gold coins plundered in the second open house. Ubisoft has thus challenged players to garner 1 billion gold coins and to take on Lord Marleybone of the castles in level 20 to 24 in the third open house.
