Brain Dead 13 may seem innocent at first glance, but it’s not, in fact the game is quite gruesome and makes no apologies. As a matter of fact the game was way ahead of its time in terms of disgusting, seeing that was produced by ReadySoft that was released for MS-DOS in 1995. The game over screen sees the protagonist Lance getting his face literally sliced off, slipping on the floor.
