Wax Works
Wax Works is a gothic adventure of sorts and true to its name, when you die the game tells you how you die in quite a detailed form. The developers thought it would be a good idea to have the game show you in graphic detail precisely how the main character met its end. The game over screen would often depict them in extreme pain and with plenty of gore.
