The Quarry Guide – All Clues, Evidence, and Tarot Card Locations

Whether you're looking for the best ending or want all of the Trophies/Achievements, here's how to find every collectible in The Quarry.

Supermassive Games’ The Quarry is undoubtedly the developer’s biggest game yet. Along with the usual good and bad (or happy and sad) endings, there are 186 variations on said endings affected by different choices and decisions. Some of the collectibles in-game also tie into the various endings, namely the Clues, Evidence and Tarot Cards. If you want to get all the Trophies/Achievements, then collecting all of these is a must.

There are 40 Clues, 22 Tarot Cards and 10 Evidence in total. Though there is a Chapter Select option, you cannot just go back to a chapter, obtain the missing collectibles and quit. You must complete an entire playthrough from the selected chapter for it to count. Furthermore, you can’t collect something or make a choice in Chapter 2, and then go to Chapter 10 to finish the game and see the result. Beginning to end, no exceptions.

If you miss even one Clue on the last chapter, then you must start a fresh playthrough and collect everything again. Also, note that any collectibles gathered will not carry over when starting a New Game. Everything must be collected again from the start to obtain a specific Trophy/Achievement.

Because different decisions can lock you out of certain areas (Chapter 2 specifically sees the story branch into different locations), it’s best to prioritize certain collectibles. In the first playthrough, collecting all of the Tarot Cards and Evidence first is advised. You can go for all of the Clues the next. To check out everything that’s already been collected, go to the Collectibles tab when paused.

The ideal method to obtain the most collectibles is for everyone to survive. Collecting all of the Evidence is essential to this and is also necessary for the best ending. For details on the locations of all of the collectibles, check out the video below by PowerPyx.

The Quarry is available for Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. For more details, check out our review here.
