Bigben Interactive and Frogwares’ upcoming adventure title, The Sinking City, is about a month away. It follows detective Charles W. Reed as he investigates the mysterious flooding in the fictional town of Oakmont, Massachusetts in the 1920s. His investigation will lead him to unspeakable cosmetic horrors as he falls deeper into madness, all while wearing an incredibly large backpack. But Reed won’t have to lug that thing around- he’ll have a lot to wear.

In a trailer called “Deadly Fashion,” released by developer Frogwares, they’ve taken some time to poke fun at those not a fan of the backpack, and show that yes, you can change Reed’s look. The game will feature 12 costumes in total, some unlocked through playing the base game and some as pre-order bonuses (it is specified in the video how each suit is unlocked). The suits range from gangster attire to a cult leader outfit with pretty wild headgear. So you can face the ever-gripping madness in a variety of different styles.

The Sinking City releases on June 27th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You can check out some of the gameplay to see what the game is all about here.
