The Stanley Parable Dev’s Newest Game “The Beginner’s Guide” Releasing on October 1st

Where to begin?

Posted By | On 30th, Sep. 2015

David Wreden, creator of the surreal and awesomely enigmatic The Stanley Parable which released in 2011, has a new game coming out this week in the form of The Beginner’s Guide. Slated for release on Mac and PC, you can pick it up on October 1st.

Details are sparse naturally with the experience being described as “narrative” and “first person”. New screens have been released for the same to showcase what the game looks like. Honestly, the only thing you can expect from Wreden is the unexpected but his work on The Stanley Parable should be enough to convince even skeptical players to give The Beginner’s Guide a chance.

What are your thoughts on The Beginner’s Guide and will you be picking it up when it releases tomorrow? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information – especially with regards to all the mind games Wreden will be playing – in the coming days.
