Focus Home Interactive have brought out a new video for the upcoming adventure title The Testament of Sherlock Holmes, which features reactions and praise from the gaming press on the awesomeness of the game.

Of course, the video is also significant for its graphical design and roaring soundtrack, as beautiful kinetic typography meets a Bond-ish atmospheric and aesthetic. How has no one made that connection in today’s modern age? Granted, Holmes is more brain than brawn but if The Testament of Sherlock Holmes has showcased anything it’s that he’s equal parts bad-ass as well.

Skip to 1:04 to check out Gaming Bolt’s official word on the game (spoiler: it’s pretty good). You can pick up the high stakes adventure title for Playstation 3, XBox 360 and PC today. Or, you know, wait and know that you’re clearly missing both the opportunity “to become Sherlock Holmes” and “one of the best Holmes stories ever told.”
