Vanishing of Ethan Carter

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, the cerebral and gorgeous adventure game that launched on PC last year, will be coming to the PlayStation 4 at long last next week, the developer confirmed today. The PS4 version had originally been announced long before the game’s official launch on PC.

“After well over two years of hard work The Vanishing Ethan Carter is finally here, and it’s the most disciplined, but also the most creatively liberating thing we have ever done. We hope you’ll like this supernatural mystery when it hits PlayStation Store on July 14th,” the developer said on the PlayStation Blog, where they also shared five very interesting anecdotes from the game’s development. I would head on over and give them all a read, if I were you. Unfortunately, I am not you, so I can just advise you to do it, and hope for the best.

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter releases on PS4 next week; it has been available on PC since last year. We were pretty impressed with it when we first gave it a go, and hopefully, you will be too.
