Square Enix is a company full of trolls. The publisher announced an HD remake of Final Fantasy 10 for the PS3 and PS Vita simultaneously in 2011, and since then, all we have gotten is little snippets of news.

We have all been asking Square for more info, and now we’ve finally got an answer- well, a hint of an answer, at any rate.

When a fan asked Square Enix on their European Twitter feed just what was up with Final Fantasy X HD, Square replied as follows: “The world will get answers soon, we promise.”

When another person asked if there was any news on the HD remake for the PS Vita or the PS3, Square tweeted: “Nothing new to report at this time, sorry.”

With SE focusing on Lightning Returns and rebooting Final Fantasy XIV this year, we doubt FF10 HD will be ready soon, but we sure would like to hear some information.

Stay tuned for updates.
