There Might Be A Major New PlayStation Announcement on Monday

Everything is awesome.

A Famitsu editor has let slip that there will be a new PlayStation announcement on Monday that might cause PlayStation fans to ‘make a fuss,’ and not necessarily bad kind either- from what the editor said, it sounds like it will be a new major announcement. And considering that a Famitsu editor said it, it is also likely to be something that is relevant in Japan (although that doesn’t mean it can’t be relevant everywhere else as well).

The implication is that the game (or whatever this is) is going to be exclusive to PlayStation (although whether it hits one or more PlayStation systems remains to be seen), although it doesn’t even have to be a game, as it could just be the announcement of some sort of new hardware.

Personally, my guess is that it will be the announcement of some minor game that will come to multiple PlayStation devices- PS4 and either PS3 or PS Vita, if not both.

But we’ll see. Stay tuned.
