We have a Dead Space 2 RIG that is available in real life and it looks awesome. This guy created it from scratch and I suppose he is a Dead Space fan. He posted all the pics in his blog along with instructions as to how he made it.
Personally, I think this is the best armor I have ever seen in any videogame. Dead Space 2 came out early this year and the third game is rumoured to be in development.
