THQ has started four new projects in the last 2 months

Posted By | On 07th, Aug. 2012

News broke out earlier that Guillermo Del Toro’s Insane was cancelled by THQ, and it has come to our attention that the company has greenlighted a lot of new projects in the past two months. These four projects are being apparently made by Turtle Rock Studios, Collision, Crytek and one more is by Patrice Désilets.

Crytek is working on Homefront 2 and the one by Patrice Désilets is a completely new IP.

“I’ve been focusing primarily on upcoming projects including Darksiders 2, Metro: Last Light and Homefront 2, as well as the titles being developed by Turtle Rock Studios, Collision, Crytek and Patrice Désilets,” said THQ president Jason Rubin to GI.Biz.

“Beyond our announced titles, in the last 60 days, all four of our internal studios began working on new titles that represent the type of product we believe will make THQ successful in the future.”
