THQ Nordic To Reveal New Titles At Gamescom 2019

What will the prolific company announce next?

THQ Nordic

As the company has move forward, THQ Nordic has overseen the acquisitions and revivals of several IPs from a few generations ago that had fallen off. At this year’s E3 we got to see a new entry in the Darksiders series and a reboot of Destroy All Humans!, the open world alien action game. Now something new is coming, and it’s coming the way of Europe.

Gamescom, the major annual European gaming conference, is happening in August, and when detailing their floor plan, THQ Nordic showed plans to reveal several new games, three that will be behind closed doors, and one that will be announced soon and be playable on the floor.

What the games could be is anyone’s guess. We had a potential leak of a new Red Faction game earlier in the year, so it’s possible we’ll finally see that come to fruition. But it’s hard to know. THQ Nordic tends to publish a lot of pretty out-there stuff, so it’s always hard to gauge what will pop up from them. The announcement will be streamed Monday, August 19th at 8:00 PM CEST / 2:00 PM EDT from Gamescom.
