E3 is right around the corner, and as always fans are anticipating all the big games, both the things we expect and the surprises. Companies have been revealing their E3 floor plans, and along with that little tidbits of what to expect. One publisher that revealed their floor plans today that points to some potential big reveals is THQ Nordic.

The company took the name of the now defunct THQ studios along with the rights to many of the titles they published. They’ve since gone on to remaster several games from that catalog (such as Red Faction) and continue others (such as Darksiders). As you can see from the plans below, within their floor plans they list two listings for unannounced games. One of them is described as a “new vision for a beloved franchise” and the other is a “long-awaited return of a galactically beloved game/franchise.”

THQ Nordic has picked up a variety of franchises that could potentially fit that bill, with one of the most recent being TimeSplitters, something people have been hoping to see return for a long time. We should find out in roughly a month’s time what ‘beloved’ franchises we’ll see returns of.
