Although this should have been something that no one should have been afraid of, I guess it doesn’t hurt for Respawn to clarify it nonetheless- but when Titanfall 2 finally launches, it won’t just have the six maps available in the multiplayer tests. As has been pointed on Reddit, the test itself makes and effort to point out that the final game will have more maps than just the six currently available.
But if you are more interested in the single player potion of Titanfall 2, we have news for you on that front, too. In an interview with The Telegraph, Respawn’s Mohammed Alavi described some of what to expect from the campaign in the sequel.
“That feeling of being able to go anywhere you want, we managed to keep that in the single player,” Alavi said. “There’s puzzle, exploration and even combat scenarios where we don’t hold your hand through it, you have to figure out your own path. You can get in and out of your Titan – the combat spaces support that – and it’s just as fun to play as a Titan as it is a pilot.”
Titanfall 2 is due out in October on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
