Titanfall 2 is a science fiction military first person shooter developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by EA.
It serves as a sequel to 2014’s Titanfall, however unlike the first game, it also has a story-centric single player campaign in addition to its competitive multiplayer modes. Unlike its predecessor, Titanfall 2 is also not exclusive to Xbox consoles.
An unannounced single player game in the Titanfall and Apex Legends universe was allegedly quietly cancelled by Respawn and EA.
In a recent tweet, the developer says "who knows what the future holds..." with regards to its first person shooter franchise.
Recent reports suggesting to uninstall Titanfall 2 due to a great hack have been deemed as a bit premature by developer Respawn Entertainment.
Titanfall 2 has also suffered a DDoS attack in the same vein as the original, with Xbox One and PC being the affected platforms.
