Respawn Entertainment has promised new information on Titanfall 2 this year but it seems to have a new IP in development. According to a job listing on Gamasutra, the developer is seeking “designers for two game development projects–a new game in the Titanfall universe as well as a new 3rd person action/adventure IP.

“Respawn is seeking a Senior Level Designer to embrace and contribute to the project vision, breathing life into the gameplay world and helping define the moment to moment player experience.”

It’s interesting because Stig Asmussen joined the company in 2014 and has experience working on God of War 3, an exceptional third person action adventure on the PS3. Titanfall will also be receiving mobile games set in its universe this year along with a free to play version for Asia later this year.

What are your thoughts on a new IP with third person action adventure elements from Respawn? Let us know in the comments.
