Titanfall: IMC Rising DLC’s Backwater Map Revealed

Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall continues going strong with a brand new update which adds new Burn Cards, a brand new Pilot Skirmish mode and much more. There’s also a new DLC incoming, namely IMC Rising, which will add three more maps to the experience. The first map – Backwater – has been discussed by the developer.

“High in the mountains, ex-IMC pilot Barker and his fellow colonists have made a comfortable living by producing moonshine in this hidden bootlegging colony.”

Backwater is composed of several simple arrangements – there are wide open fields for Titans to fight in, underground tunnels full of grains for Pilots to traverse and ziplines to make traveling. It’s far from the brightest and prettiest map we’ve ever seen but it’ll do.

Thus far, Respawn hasn’t revealed the release date of IMC Rising but it’s expected to drop within the coming weeks (and that too for Xbox One and PC first). Stay tuned for more information.
