Titanfall: Expedition

Respawn Entertainment will be introducing a new Black Market for Titanfall to allow players to pick up Burn Cards and Titan Insignia in the next update. You’ll be able to sell off any excess cards you have in the Black Market but if you don’t have any, then you’ll have to rely on the new in-game currency.

Before you lose it though, designer David Shaver has posted on the Titanfall Blog that, “With the introduction of an in-game currency, some may worry that the next step is that we will let players spend real-world money to get an edge in the game.

“We have stated several times that Titanfall will not have micro-transactions. Fear not, for we plan to keep that promise – NO MICROTRANSACTIONS! The only way to get Credits is by playing the game.

The Black Market will unlock after you hit level 11 – if you regenerate once, it will still be open to pick up new Burn Cards. It’a also worth noting that you receive certain packs of Cards for use like Ordinance and Ability Packs. There’s also the Standard Pack which will offer just about anything.

Respawn will probably add other items aside from Burn Cards and Insignia but what are your thoughts on the current addition? Let us know below.
