Titanfall VGX Trailer Reveals Hammond Robotics, Ogre Class Titan

And that's pretty much it. No, seriously.

We finally got a look at the new gameplay trailer for Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall and our reactions are somewhat mixed. It showcases the Hammond Robotics corporation, which manufactures the combat-oriented Titans that make up the game’s core combat. Check it out above but prepare to be underwhelmed in advance.

Aside from some nifty visuals, we also get a look at the Ogre Titan, a somewhat slouching behemoth that apparently had a huge impact on the war in Titanfall. It’s also been revealed that the game is more or less finished with only balancing left to go. It won’t feature any Kinect support, and it would’ve honestly been more intriguing if it had.

Titanfall will release for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on March 11th 2014 in North America and March 13th 2014 in Europe. What are your thoughts on the above trailer? Let us know in the comments below. Meanwhile, we’ll bring you more updates from the Spike VGX Awards.

Update: Another video for Titanfall was revealed, which showcases a light-class Titan called Stryder. Check it out below.
