Red Fly Studio’s third person beat ’em up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is now available on Xbox Live as part of Microsoft’s Summer of Arcade along with being available for PC on Steam in North America. It currently retails for £9.99 and is 1.78 GB, and will be the first of such games as part of a partnership between Nickelodeon and Activision.

The third person beat ’em up lets you play as each one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, namely Donatello, Raphael, Leonardo and Michaelangelo. Each Turtle controls differently, with Raphael relying on wrestling moves and grapples, Mikey bashing enemies with a Free Flow style combat system similar to Batman: Arkham City and Donatello taking a more strategic approach to besting foes.

And considering that Michael Bay’s adaptation of the Turtles will be the worst thing since Transformers, we can afford to cut this game some slack. TMNT: Out of the Shadows releases on September 24th in North America for PlayStation Network and worldwide on September 25th.
