The second video in Eidos’ “The Final Hours of Tomb Raider” develop diary series is here, and it’s quite long. Almost 7 minutes.
It focuses on the story of the game, its script, its dialogue and the like. The devs talk about why they chose to do an origin story instead of a sequel, what kind of direction they wanted to take with the game, and what the script will be like in general.
There’s plenty of gameplay in there too, so you might be interested in having a look.
Tomb Raider is scheduled for a release sometime next year- no release date specified yet- for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Stay tuned for more info.
