L.A. Noire is a very important development in video games because it has taken one huge step in bridging the gap between realism and video games. Even though the game may get repetitive and start slow for some players, the last half of the game is truly engaging and uncovers some dark and unexpected secrets. 4. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

To put it simply, Witcher 2 is one of the most well optimized PC games that you will come across. CdProjekt did a great job of making sure that the game runs fine on medium to high end PC’s. Easily one of the best looking games of 2011, Witcher 2 will suck you right inside a beautiful world which is filled with some of the most interesting characters you will witness.
