Much like Dragon Age, The Elder Scrolls franchise has a deep, rich world, but none more so than The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The cities felt alive, their people real. The world in general was beautiful and large, and we always wanted to keep exploring. The culture Bethesda built for the game was rich, deep enough to rival books such as Inheritance Cycle. Sure enough, once you play TES4, you don't want to let go of Tamriel.
