NCR Veteran Ranger (Fallout)
This NCR Veteran Ranger looks so cool, I love the way the cosplayer really paid attention to the detail of the armor and helmet and the eyes. I was really not surprised when this one was awarded the “Best Costume” award in the MCM Expo Birmingham Comic Con 2013. Way to go cosplayer you deserve it.
