Samara (Mass Effect 2 and 3)

The artist went all out in cosplaying as close to the character as possible. Not only did they design the costume but when full on prosthetics on the face. You really cannot get any closer to Samara in real life. This is definitely a work of art and was showcased at the WonderCon 2013.
