Stalker Lightning
While the Enhanced Wasteland Preset is for those who want a more vibrant Fallout 4, the Stalker Lightning mod goes the other way. This is a post-apocalyptic landscape, dammit, so make it all colourless and lifeless with Stalker Lightning. Version 3.2 of the mod has added quite a few new things like ENB effect, an overhaul to high quality bloom and a working lens effect. It’s not meant for those with bottom of the barrel configurations though.
