Sonny Forelli – GTA Vice City

Tommy Vercetti may seem like an arrogant crook who’s fairly suave but Sonny Forelli is worse. As Tommy’s boss, Forelli is the one who betrayed him, resulting in the former being locked up for 15 years. It also doesn’t help that Sonny has a hand in all kinds of criminal activity like gambling, drugs, racketeering and what have you.
