Matterfall
After the amazing Nex Machina, Housemarque is back with Matterfall, which is exclusive to PS4 like RESOGUN and Alienation before it. Unlike Nex Machina, Matterfall employs side-scrolling platforming and shooting elements not unlike Mega Man. Perhaps the real cool mechanics is the player’s ability to manipulate “Smart Matter” to create platforms to jump on and shields to defend against foes. Releasing on August 15th, Matterfall looks to be that good old Housemarque shooting that we love, combined with oodles of particle explosions and bright lights.
