What can you say about the Final Fantasy franchise that hasn’t already been said? The games alone has altered the entire course of the gaming history, and as such many big time directors, producers have their sights set on trying to make Final Fantasy a successful movie franchise as well. But it is in the games that the franchise shines in and has garnered millions and millions of fans across the globe.

Little did  Hironobu Sakaguchi know that the franchise would go on to be Square Enix’s bestselling video game franchise,  and sell more than 100 million units. The franchise was awarded a star on the Walk of Game in 2006, and currently has seven records in the Guinness World Records Gamer’s Edition 2008.

FF12 takes place in the same world as Final Fantasy Tactics

Final Fantasy 12 was a great game; it had some awesome characters and a remarkable story. But not many people are aware, that Final Fantasy Tactis is linked with Final Fantasy 12, or rather the stories takes place in the same world. In fact all the Tactics Games, Final Fantasy XII, Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings and Vagrant Story are connected because they all take place in Ivalice through different places and time spaces. Interesting Fact: characters like Mont Blanc make cameo appearances in the console game.
