Final Fantasy 9 had a quest that was discovered ten years after the game was released
It is one thing for a game to have secrets, but this secret was is the biggest of all. It took ten years for someone to discover that Final Fantasy 9 had another quest, and I can’t imagine how it went unnoticed. A video surfaced in which it shows a new quest, which is called The Lost Nero Family. The reward for the quest is a Protect Ring. This side quest was detailed in depth in the Japan-only Ultimania guide of Final Fantasy 9 several years prior. It just never crossed the language barrier until now.
