Captain Walker
While Captain Walker may be a hero, by the end of the game, it turned out that he had imagined all his heroics. He is a psychotic mass murderer, and those of you who have played the game would know that he rained phosphorus on innocent civilians. Additionally he committed various war crimes and atrocities- all in his desire to seem like a hero.
